Make A Delicious Breakfast Smoothie
This is a simple and delicious breakfast smoothie that you can whip up in about 3 minutes. The ingredients are as follows:
As much Almond Milk as you fancy (I used a big glass of milk and added a little bit more if I thought the smoothie was too thick)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp porridge oats
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Chop up the banana and throw it into your blender. Add all the other ingredients and blitz until smooth.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can mix and match the ingredients as you see fit: add less peanut butter if that’s not your favourite, some yoghurt if you want the smoothie a little creamier or almonds to add some extra protein. It’s a very DIY recipe!
